Being a first-time cup user, I was a bit nervous to be honest. Our flow time can be a bit of a vulnerable period (🙃) with emotions highlighted and the right support essential. So with the guidance of The ‘flow down below’ website I chose my timing and grew my confidence while trialling this new (to me) concept. After only a couple of days my body adapted so organically that I am now sold on this new way. These cups are the most supportivve and comfortable cups i've ever used. I was quite nervous to use them again after having my son, but it was a breeze!
