Exchange & Return Policy
At flow down below, your comfort, safety, and satisfaction are our priority. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully, as menstrual cups are classified as personal hygiene products and are subject to strict health regulations.
Can I return or exchange my menstrual cup?
Due to the intimate nature of menstrual cups and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened cups. This is in line with Australian Consumer Law and our commitment to safety.
If your product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may be eligible for a return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
unopened and unused
30 days of delivery
proof of purchase
saleable condition
Note: We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Flow Down Below does not offer medical advice. If you are unsure whether menstrual cups are suitable for you, please consult a qualified healthcare provider. We are not responsible for any adverse outcomes resulting from incorrect use, failure to clean the cup properly, or any personal sensitivities.
2. Hygiene and Returns
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on menstrual cups unless the product is proven to be faulty or incorrect.
If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us at hello@flowdownbelow.org within 14 days of receiving your order, including photos and a description of the issue. We will assess your claim and may offer a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Australia and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are listed at checkout and vary depending on your location.
Once an order is shipped, Flow Down Below is not responsible for delays, customs issues, or lost packages. We recommend tracking your shipment for updates. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions in their country.
4. Pricing & Payment
We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time. All transactions are securely processed through third-party providers.
